Exotic Beats For Etain On Mind Ability Records

Coffee EP sees Etain the London based world travelled producer/DJ return to mind ability with a certain finesse to her style.

With her recent venture on solid tracks ‘Ink Feet’ Etain brought it up a notch only to bring it down again and keep the crowd enticed in her ever evolving production style.
Her solo project brings out the versatile sound of tracks such as ‘Desiderio’, (her previous single on Mind Ability) that we all know and love, this is an exotic collection that makes a fine addition to the ‘Mind Ability’ Label and the ever changing world of minimal.

Java
A warm and summery work of crisp production, driving latin percussion, an underlying catchy synth line percolating effortlessly throughout only to yet deliver a well balanced baseline giving this track all the elements of pure diversity making it a perfect blend for all seasons.

Costa Rican

constantly building and dropping, ‘truly seductive’ are the words that come to mind.

Costa Rican Decaf
Is a scaled-down tribal version with a reworked quirky percussion, toned down smooth bassline and catchy rhythm, making this track special, a soulful sunrise set filler for any crate.

Mario Reder And the "Opposite Forces" On Minimal Force Records

Minimal Force is back with brand new material. For the eagerly anticipated third release by three of our new up and coming artists featuring Mario Reder with remixes by Alpha Channel and Roby Mannarini. The ‘Opposite Forces’ EP borders on mixture of deep driving techno beats, combined with clicky minimal under-tones and massive electronic soundscapes all brought together through the vigorous arrangements and complex multilayering, that is achieved with a sense of ease.

The EP begins with Mario Reder’s ‘Reeject’ an off-beat groove with deep spacey pads, rumbling basslines, soft tones and delicate melodies alternating throughout. The slippery percussion helps to build the tension to this definite late night belter.

The second featuring track ‘OneSevenOne’ starts where ‘Reeject’ left off. It constantly builds with the help of the deep steady driving bassline, filling up the spaces with a twisted electric pad which builds and builds, the raw drum sounds add to the wonky minimal madness to get your ass shaking all over the place

Alpha Channel’s remix of ‘OneSevenOne’ sees the EP take a new direction propelling you into the driving wobbly bassline, the momentum never lets go, accelerating into thin slicing percussion surrounded by a trippy vocal and effects throughout.

The second remix is of ‘Reeject’ featuring Roby Mannarini, unfolding us deep into a hypnotic allure of driving beats, a tech infused builder loaded with bleeps and electronic grunts building with a sense of urgency and breaking down and swallowing us up into nocturnal synths.

Latin Grooves For Sub Secret on Mind Ability Records

A melodic Epic Ep by ‘Sub Secret’ Featuring ‘Fabricio’. Drawn from the inspiration of Hollywood movie soundtracks, ‘Para La Manana’ is a dedication to the writers of movie musical compositions that bind their childhood memories.

.“5AM” is a trumpet driven strumpet, that paces? its way through a stripped down off-step baseline that that terrorises the very foundation of the ground that you dance on. “Schizo?’clock”, the ?5AM remix? takes a lighter tone with playful Glockenspiel and horn melodies. A lovely warm bass wobble accompanies a strong kick and snare that create a blip and a skip in your step. “Que Dicas 5AM?”,the track by new up and coming talent Fabricio compliments the EP superbly with rolling snares, crisp Highs and a quirky vocal breaking into a delectable mexican guitar, which will really keep you jamming till 5AM.
